Simplified Terms and Conditions

Commitment to Success
Simplified Inc. (the “Company”) provides Room Refresh to support you in creating an organized,
functional, and peaceful home. The content, strategies, and guidance inside the program are
designed to give you tools and structure, but your individual results will vary based on your own
participation and follow through.

Annual Billing Agreement
By enrolling in Room Refresh, you acknowledge and agree that you will be charged once per
year for continued access to the program, its materials, and the private community. Your access
will renew automatically every year unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. No refunds will
be issued for annual payments once processed. Participants are responsible for tracking their
own renewal dates. The Company is not obligated to send renewal reminders. Enrolment
provides access for the duration of the annual term. Continued access requires renewal.

Refund Policy
All digital products and program access fees are non refundable. Because this program
includes immediate access to downloadable materials and community resources, all sales are
final.

Community Conduct and Confidentiality
The Room Refresh community is a private space for learning, support, and encouragement.
You agree to interact respectfully and to maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories or
details shared by other participants. You may not copy, distribute, or share program materials
outside the platform. The Company may remove any participant who engages in disrespectful
behaviour, harassment, solicitation, or any action that disrupts the community environment. No
refunds will be issued.

Media Usage Disclosure
By participating in Room Refresh, you agree that any before and after photos, progress
updates, or testimonials you publicly post inside the community may be used by the Company
for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
The Company will not use your name or identifying information without your explicit permission.
If you share photos in a private support message or email, those will not be used without your
consent.

Program Content Ownership
All videos, PDFs, downloads, text, community prompts, and materials included in Room Refresh
are the intellectual property of Go Simplified Inc. You receive personal access for your own use.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of materials is not permitted.

Non transferability clause
Access to Room Refresh is for individual use only and may not be transferred, shared, or sold.

Technology and Platform Access
Room Refresh is hosted through the Kajabi platform. You are responsible for maintaining your
login details and ensuring your device and internet connection are able to access the content.
The Company is not responsible for any temporary access interruptions caused by the platform
or third party providers.

Medical and Safety Disclaimer
Room Refresh offers general educational and organizational guidance. It is not medical,
therapeutic, psychological, or legal advice.
Some organizational tasks may involve physical activity. You acknowledge that you are
participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own safety.
Consult with a qualified professional regarding any medical, mental health, or physical concerns
before implementing program recommendations.

Results Disclaimer
Organizing outcomes depend on individual effort, home circumstances, and personal follow
through. The Company does not guarantee specific results, timelines, or transformation.

Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the program or community for
behaviour that is harmful, abusive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. No refunds will
be issued if removal occurs due to misconduct.

I’m Megan Golightly, founder of GoSimplified. I created Room Refresh to take the stress out of getting organized. Instead of tackling your whole house at once, we’ll focus on small wins - one space at a time - so you never feel buried in the process.

Inside Room Refresh, you’ll find:

A simple plan that works: Each month we focus on a different area - like your bathroom, closet, or kitchen - broken down into easy, manageable steps.
Guided videos & support: I’ll show you exactly how I organize the space, share bonus tips, and walk with you through the process.
Psychology-backed strategies: Learn why clutter builds up and how to create systems that last.
A supportive community: You’ll be surrounded by women who are doing the same work, sharing wins, asking questions, and cheering each other on.
